In a closed door meeting today, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, former Labour Party presidential hopeful Peter Obi huddled with Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde at the Governor’s Office in Ibadan Secretariat.
The closed-door talks came right after Makinde hosted a high-stakes opposition summit in the state capital, pulling in top political players and stakeholders buzzing about coalition moves for the 2027 elections.
