The Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgment on the electoral disputes that arose in the conduct of the governorship elections in Kogi State in 2023.
Muritala Ajaka of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) is challenging the declaration made by INEC on the outcome of the election.
Usman Ododo of the APC was declared the winner of the election and is presently the governor of the state.
