Certified Life and Trauma Recovery Coach Jola-Grace Emmanuel, also known as ‘The Soul Doctor,’ has launched a new NGO, the Reinvent2Excel Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to promoting emotional wellness among victims of abuse and domestic violence.

The launch coincided with the conclusion of the Reinvent2Excel Summit, held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Victoria Island.

The summit attracted a diverse audience, including speakers and residents from across the nation, all focused on mental health and emotional well-being. The event featured a range of expositions, discussions, workshops, and activities designed to promote mindfulness, aid in stress management, and build emotional resilience in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Jola-Grace Emmanuel, the convener of the event and founder of the Reinvent2Excel Foundation, expressed her goal of raising awareness about emotional issues. She emphasized the importance of fostering a supportive community where individuals feel comfortable discussing their emotions and seeking help. Emmanuel was delighted to see inspiring leaders and professionals come together to stress the significance of therapy and emotional well-being, essentials often overlooked in society.

A highlight of the summit was the interactive panel discussion featuring leaders, clerics, and mental health professionals who shared insights and strategies for maintaining emotional wellness in everyday life. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable advice on coping mechanisms and seeking support when needed.

Prominent speakers and guests included Debola Deji-Kurunmi, Dr. Akin Akinpelu, David Dotun Adejumo, Mike Abdul, Damilola Oluwatoyinbo, Mayokun Oreofe, Grace Ofure, Omowunmi Dada, Gwendolyn Oshoniyi, and Babatunmise. The matron of the foundation, Funke Felix-Adejumo, was also present to encourage the participants.

As the event concluded, participants left with a renewed sense of connection and empowerment, equipped with new tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges. Reflecting on the success of the event, Emmanuel expressed hope that the Reinvent2Excel Foundation would continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with emotional and mental health issues.
