According to Dr Richard Okoye, the brain behind the App and President, Doctors  SaveALife Foundation, the App is programmed to make access to quality health readily avaliable to all Nigerians in particular and the rest of Africa and the world in general.
Okoye said the will has been programmed to speak all languages and would be avaliable to Nigerians at no cost.
He said that while efforts are being made to get the App to other African countries free, subscribers from Europe and America would pay before accessing the App.
According to him, with the aid of the App, subscribers would have access to a “medical doctor even when there is no doctor.”
Okoye expressed happiness that the App is being rolled out after several efforts to have it launched was frustrated in the United States as a result of the origin of the App.
He expressed strong optimism that the medical App would make “Africa and African ls to raise their heads in global health matters” especially as it concerns health issues.
