Moral goodness must be grafted into the syllabuses of all schools and colleges from daycare to the kindergarten through to the university level.It must be made a compulsory subject for all learners, failure of which the student must keep repeating it until the minimum standard is attained.
It will result in forfeiture or delayed issuance of a certificate until such students have passed the moral goodness subject.Of what use, anyway, to the nation is the certificate of a morally bankrupt child or youth who may end up leading one or more of the present hydra-headed criminal gangs ravaging the world today? There will be seminars and workshops in neighbourhoods involving the landlords and landladies, tenants and their families.
At the local council level, there will be supervisory councilors in charge of the Department of Moral Goodness. Similar statutory appointments and Departments must be created at the State as well as the Federal levels, and the Presidency.
A Common Bill of Moral Goodness must be enacted by the National and State Assemblies of every nation in the world to reinforce the efforts of governments in this regard to support the crusade.
