Dr Ngozika Johnson-Ogbuneke charges Abia youths on enterprise, hardwork as panacea to hardship

The Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate for Abia State, Apostle Dr Ngozika Gladys Johnson-Ogbuneke, has encouraged the people of the state, especially youths, to be more active and productive in various vocations and also contribute their quota in nation building.

 

The SDP candidate gave the encouragement while speaking at the end of the Year harvest and thanksgiving service of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), Umuezeagwu branch which took place on Sunday December, 2022.

 

According to her, God expects all individuals to work and engage in different trades, farming and vocations in order to make ends meet and also return at the end of the year to thank him with our substances.

 

Furthermore, she used herself as an illustration stating that she has returned back to her father land to work, serve and rebuild Abia and that when elected in as the next Governor of Abia State, she will, by the special grace of God, make Abia the next London by working hard, hence, causing the youths who migrated out of the State as a result of hardship to return back.

 

She encouraged everyone to get their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) as a sure way of participating in electing the right candidates for the various elective positions in the forthcoming 2023 election and that if they failed to do so, they have no right to complain when things go wrong.

 

She gave the church a wholesome amount as part of her harvest seed and contribution in renovating the church building and promised to always pray for them.

 

Special prayers were made for her and Abia State by the leaders of the church.
