Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, is in the process of dissolving his cabinet, News Express learnt this Friday afternoon, January 10, 2025.
“He is set to announce the sack of all his commissioners,” a close source disclosed. “They are presently holding the State Executive Council (EXCO) Meeting, at which the governor is expected to announce the dissolution of the cabinet,” the source added.
News Express learnt that a dinner is scheduled for the Banquet Hall of the Akwa Ibom State Government Hall later this evening to bid the commissioners and other members of the outgoing cabinet farewell.
