Former President Muhammadu Buhari is dead.
His spokesman until his death, Mallam Garba Shehu, confirmed this to The Eagle Online in a terse statement he issued on Sunday afternoon.
According to available information, Buhari died on Sunday in a hospital in the United Kingdom.
