Prof Odoh’s emergence as NAU VC, a source of immense pride to Ebonyi – Gov Nwifuru

Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru has congratulated Professor Bernard Odoh on his emergence as the Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University , Awka.
Odoh who is an indigene of Ezza North Local government area of Ebonyi state was recently appointed the Vice Chancellor of the University.
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Monday Uzor, and made available to newsmen on Tuesday, Governor Nwifuru described Odoh’s emergence as the 7th substantive Vice Chancellor of the institution as both a remarkable achievement and a source of immense pride to the State.
He expressed optimism that Odoh’s administration will take the institution to greater heights both in research, teaching, innovation and community service.
Part of the statement reads: “On behalf of the government and the good people of Ebonyi State, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our dear son, erudite scholar and Professor of note, Bernard Ifeanyichukwu Odoh on his well-deserved appointment as the 7th Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka
“Prof , your emergence in this prestigious position reflects not only your deep commitment to academic excellence but also your unwavering dedication to the advancement of education .
” I am confident that under your visionary leadership, Nnamdi Azikiwe University will achieve even greater heights in research, teaching, innovation and community service. ”
Governor Nwifuru expressed belief that the appointment of Prof. Odoh will also serve as an inspiration to the youth of Ebonyi state that hard work, integrity, and excellence will always be rewarded.
He pledged Ebonyi state government and the people’s support to ensure that Odo’s stewardship in the University records greater success with lasting legacies, assuring that his administration in the state remains committed to fostering education and development in all spheres.
