Junior Nwaubani, Global Leader of the Kingdom Impact Vision International (KIVI), has called on ministers of the gospel in Nigeria to embrace unity in order to effectively carry out the Great Commission. Speaking during a special luncheon with key overseers of various denominations in Lagos, Nwaubani emphasized that division among gospel leaders, marked by pride, in-fighting, and discrimination, hinders the mission of evangelism.
The event, held at the Radisson Hotel in Ikeja, brought together Christian leaders from across Nigeria and beyond to discuss strategies for expanding the impact of the gospel through evangelical and mission outreaches. Nwaubani urged the leaders to foster better relationships with others in the faith community, regardless of denomination, to ensure the seamless spread of the gospel.
He emphasized the need for collaboration, partnership, and synergy among Christian leaders to advance missions and evangelism in Nigeria. “We must set aside our differences and work together if we are to successfully push the frontiers of the gospel,” Nwaubani stated.
Abiodun Williams, National Team Leader of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and Vice Chairman of the event, explained that the meeting was organized to facilitate the exchange of ideas among the leaders in a relaxed setting. Williams noted that KIVI, which operates in 28 countries, aims to encourage cooperation between denominations to strengthen global evangelistic efforts.
Williams further explained that KIVI is open to Christians from all denominations and remains committed to missions, evangelism, and discipleship. With a presence in countries such as Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Tanzania, and the Dominican Republic, KIVI connects individuals, groups, and churches for evangelistic training and discipleship, facilitating strategic partnerships within the Christian community.
Nwaubani concluded by affirming KIVI’s commitment to its core values of networking and partnership, noting that their mission extends beyond soul-winning to creating geographical and personal connections for the advancement of the gospel globally.
