More accolades trail House of Reps hopeful, Onyinye Rufus-Obi as Best Moment Magazine awards her Woman Entrepreneur of the Year

Multiple awards winner, Dr Onyinyechi Rufus-Obi, was in the news again as yet another garland of recognition was accorded her recently.

The Best Moments Magazine awarded her the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.

The event, which was held at the Pope John Paul ll Centre, Abuja on February 28, 2022, witnessed the attendance of many dignitaries who thronged the event to honour Dr (Chief) Onyinyechi Rufus-Obi, who is also the Founder of Onyinye Kay Rufus-Obi (Omekannaya) Foundation and the Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency hopeful.

The Best Moment Magazine is an internationally recognized organization with over 20 years of existence and has interviewed and awarded very prominent and notable Nigerians.

The award was presented to Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi by the wife of the Former Minister of Agriculture, Mrs Susan Lokpobiri alongside other recipients such as the wife of the Hon Minister of State Petroleum and the Former First Lady of Bayelsa State, Mrs Alayingi Silva.

Mrs Alayingi Silva was awarded as the African Woman of the Year while the Minority Leader of the Federal House of Representatives, Rt Hon Ndudi Elumelu, was also awarded by the Magazine as a great Nationalist in Democracy and Nation Building.

Other notable Nigerians who had in the past received awards from the Best Moment Magazine are; Hajiya Titi Atiku Abubakar (Nation Builder Award), Senator Joy Ekum (Nation Builder Award), Former Labour Minister, Chief Chukwuemeka Wogu amongst others.

The award comes on the heels of the recent accolade on Chief Dr Onyinye Rufus-Obi by the Abia North Political Roundtable in recognition of her societal impacts under the chairmanship of renowned industrialist, Mazi Sam Ohuabunnwa, on December 26, 2021 at Obayi Ovim Civic Center, Isuikwuato LGA of Abia State.
