BREAKING: Drama as roof of a High Court room collapses on staff, litigants, others in Abia

There was drama at the Aba High Court 4, Aba, in Abia State when the ceiling of the Court Hall got dismembered and collapsed while the court was in session.

The sudden collapse caused quite a stir as occupants of the court, scampered for safety as they initially were not sure of what was coming upon them.The incident resulted in the disruption of activities of the Court although no fatalities were recorded during the collapse.

A lawyer present at the court during the incident, Barrister John Ugochukwu revealed that the roof of the Court had been leaking for quite some time now just as he expressed dismay that nothing has been done since the leaking roof was first noticed.

When our reporter visited the court premises, staff of the Court were seen in groups discussing the incident which they said would have been disastrous but for the intervention of God.
