An Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has stopped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Convention, scheduled for October 31.
The appeal was filed by the embattled PDP National Chairman, Uche Secondus.
A High Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, sacked the embattled Chairman following his suspension by his ward.
Prior to that, he had had a frosty relationship with the Rivers state Governor Nyesom Wike who ostensibly engineered his ouster from office.
